Wow, 3 days in a row of school off Tracey? That's awesome, and of course horrible. I hope the fires get contained TODAY!

Today I had to work more than a recently normal slopping thru. I made myself b/c I've been slacking in the "actual teaching something" department, hee, hee.

And it's been Shakespeare's Romeo now for about 2 weeks and another 2 more to go :)

So I'm tired, plus yesterday I ran a fairly hard 1.5 miles and today I will ride my bike 30 mins or maybe just run the stadium stairs with the bball kiddies today.

Slept reeeeeel good though!

Right now I am rocking out to the Sounds, and that's fun! The rest of the week will fly out the window with piece of cake lessons.

AND THEY'LL SHIP OUR TRUCK IN ANOTHER WEEK!!! YES! Then it usually takes 2 more weeks for delivery! EXCELLENT!

Talk to you all in the flip side!

Anything to update....no.

Got a cd/hat/fun stuff package from mom and dad.

I'm seeing the Christmas lists pop out there, and that's excellent fun :)

Have a great rest of the week you all. And certainly Matt, Trace, and others have a blast at the bro Kevin's wedding!

So crazy with Belle and Sebast' Justin!

You ALL know where we're going tomorrow!

But do you know how oblivious the excitement is to the brain in us humans?!?!

WHAT!? ------AWESOME, RADICAL, AWESOME x14, I mean AWESOME times 2:14...

And Justin is that a true description of your 214 (in AWT) or diff?

Wow, it is fun right now to look at matt and tracey's condo! Very cool decor.

Mike, I love that mascot hugging hilarity. You know that human in there was showing some kind of emotion under all that hugeness of an outfit ----whether it was laughter or anger, who knows :)

I experienced some drama today: I THOUGHT MY CDs WERE'T DELIVERED! Ahhhh, but they were just put behind our privacy fence by our garage door----which is SORT of where I told the Fedex dude to put it.

So I was angry, but now I'm in la la yipee time with exploring thru my new cd paraphanalia -----especially some bonus video features on The Sounds.

see ya on the flip side

Is this day taking forever?

Justin convinced me on the template.

And why does blogger only have 5 templates?

So over Thanksgiving I would hope and dream to be quickly schooled into a PSEUDOBOOK.COM blog....please my bros!?!

I got home from work to find anger placed upon the door knob! (is that one word?)

A FedEx note left for me that MY CD'S WILL BE ATTEMPTED TOMORROW b/c we weren't home! SToooooOOOOPID! CAN'T STAND THAT!

They better leave them for tomorrow, or I'll be super radically puking meaness!

On a way better thought! We have school, say what?! No, not an option: NOW,,, SAN DIEGO....

THAT'S THE OPTION ON MY MIND!! YES! YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!

"And starting for the New York Yankees....Aaron Ripley (Boone): aka Jason, Chris, and Lance Ripley's brother from the Village of Bowling Green.

HA! Take a look at that Boone dude and try to tell me he's not oddly a Ripley, Believe it or Not!

Hey, does anyone remember "Sweatin' to the Oldies Volume I & II with Richard Gay Simmons?

Just thought of that, and how is it possible they offer a box set of this @ Amazon ---yeee---ah soooo, I had to look up that Richard name and there it was, $25 bucks on Amazon.

Speaking of box sets, will someone hurry up and get the Twin Peaks DVD box set? I myself would not be a good owner of that, but I would love to part take in another's purchase.

New muzak tomorrow in the Fedex! YES! Nothing else fresh coming from my mind to the typing so I'm outtttta heeeeere!

Just finished a "HALF DAY" of school where everyone on campus runs around with their heads cut off. It's fun and spazzey for all.

Enjoyable read from mike! I've always loved soundtracks for their collection of songs, and more recently really appreciating the sdtrk music without lyrics.

So it's awesome that my bros create that music and I can get it first hand! YES! Let alone, truly original scores of muzak from my bros :)

Today we have some meeting where jibberish will go on and then I'm pretty sure we have some school later this week, ...

yet really all I'm thinking about is our 12:39 departure from Chow to San D!!!!!!

45 BUCKS of MOOLA won @ bunko tonight! And I just ate cookies a la ants!

Guess who's San Diego trip just got a lot SWEEEEEETER!?! WOOOO!!

So, I came home and ate cookies baked by moi, and the ziplock was open.

One whole cookie consumed. Yummy!

2nd cookie half way... peering...past the face ------!!and--3 ants moving around the cookie like they owned it!! Own it, work it, own it.

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! HAhhahahhahahahahha!

So I probubly ate several of them on that 1st one. Hilarious protein, I presume.

And for some reason, not grossed out at all. P.s. NO MATT AND TRACEY we don't have roaches going on anymore. I swear....it was like they came out for your visit and the in-laws viz. You all brought 'em that's for sure :)

Haven't seen 'em since.

Here's a good one from you know what:

"I need to duck in here and get some Nerd Rope."

Yankees, okay. It's always amazing to watch the celebration of such huge sports victories.

Well, I take that back sort of b/c it seems baseball victories are more glorious and true hearted, good ole' boy feelings than other sports. If that makes sense.

Tomorrow, bunko night and I plan to (start &) finish Justin's script ---looking forward to that!

"Are you sick, are you crippled insane..." Belle & Sebastian's "Storytelling" song. Hilarious silly upbeat music with odd lyrics. Excellent!

Wednesday, October 15, 2003

Michael how could you musically cheat on your own brother with this Justin Moreso kid?!?!(pronounced More-eso, I presume).

How rude, and you couldn't even find someone with a different name than our dear brother Justin?! Sheeeeeeeesh.

Mom's demeanor on dad's blog puzzle pic today was silly. Like she didn't want to be in a portrait with a puzzle. HA!

I'm running a 5k with Tracey on Thanksgiving day! I guess I should do some more running :)

jk on the mike and moresssso kid!

I found this cool website tonight while researching a band called "Belle & Sebastian".

Justin and Dad I think you might like them, but who knows. It's kind of Popeye and Oliveoil meet Ben Folds Five.

Anyways, here's that website for anyone with time on their hands: http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/record-reviews/

And Dad your boys Mogwai are in the reviews of that webpage, with too much banter on how melancholy the music is. Too bad for them, I like Mog.

Awesome! Dad's cds came in the mail today! Both so cool. Mogwai....is this the cool mellow lyricless music? LOVE IT!

Well, I need time to listen to them nonstop! HAAhahhahaaa. YES!

TRACEY! DON'T EVER LET ME SEE YOU BLOG AT 6:29 IN THE MORNING EVER AGAIN!

Jk, and I'll jump in on mom and Trace's food ideas with complete agreement. Sweet potatoes are an absolute must for me, WITH LOTSA marshmellows and brown sugar por favor.

And for snacks, I agree with Trace that fruits and veggies with dip are a quality alternative to the other heavy foods we'll eat.

LEMON WATER too! I will bring my Christmas cd from last year and make one or more others!

Mom we got a semi-lousy 5.1% interest for 66 months, and that got us to around $500 a month which was our goal :) Then since we got a 2004, we only got $2500 cash back. Still good stuff! (p.s. no word on the dog)

catch ya my peeps!

WATCH OUT! I started downloading Christmas music! WOOOO!!!

Saturday, October 11, 2003

Look in "Mary's Pics"-------> to see a picture of our truck to come in November :)

Check out the link for our puppy choices!

We're thinking from the mom dog named Rosemary we'd like Berry or Ray, OR from the mom dog Nova, maybe Twin.

Pretty cute eh?

Inspiring concert talk of mike and justy.

I'm thinking hmm.....tower records tomorrow as we swing a Tahoe Joe's.

Muzak! Music! I love it!

Oh so our "dog" was born last week and we get him after Christmas or something. Casey wanted me to tell that ----yet shouldn't he blog it HIMSELF!??!!?

Anyways, I started this prayer meeting with the teachers and it went awesome this morning.

4 dudes and 3 dudettes showed up (Case and I included), and we talked, fellowshipped, and prayed. Very refreshing and awesome to see the Lord and these news bonds.

I love initiating things like this, and initiating anything really.

Like the other night I called gramps and tried to get him travelling his head off next summer. To his buddy Bill Kleaver in Arizona, to Portland (his bro's) and OF COURSE to Matt and Tracey, and Chowtown.

He's been reading blogs too! So cool! If you're reading now Gramps! Go Florida in Jan. then come out west this summer!

A christmas gift idea for Case and I: "King of Queens" DVD set. It's our fav tv show. Like the only thing I watch besides HGTV and other home improv shows.

Anyways, that's available only after Nov. 18 on Amazon.com for a cheap $27 buckaroos. Also, Casey will want any amt. of gift cert. to PetsMart.

More to come......

Tomorrow will be cake, and we have a special football rally just for football. Whatever makes the classes shorter :)

This weekend will be low key and sleepable. We'll look for saving money and recuperating, for Casey has been sore throaty this week.

Will do some more in depth Christmas researching as well.

Next weekend! I PLAY BUNKO! And the next weekend, WE GO TO SAN DIEGO! YES YES YES!

Oh, and Tracey so said that quote from Matt today.

That's all from this "very Slugworth from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" world!

(He is a funny resemblance to me going up to student's today and whispering about their make-up work while everyone else is SSR'ing. ---that's sustained silent reading of course)

Key word there (sus)--stained. "That kid is a stain!" Casey and I call our kids that when they're annoying! HA!hahahahahaha

Almost forgot,

I looked up Azusa, CA and it is 4.5 hours from us northeast of LA. I think it's like a Chowchilla, quaint and small. But with of course communities jammed all around it.

Sounds nice with the Azusa Canyon and river, and the San Andres Mts. with camping, mt. biking, hiking, and all.

Will Dad go for this opportunity? Interesting.....

On a different note here are some funny names of Gumby's friends.

"Goo is Gumby's Mermaid claymate. Minga is Gumby's Sister. Gumby is a friend to everyone. Prickle is Gumby & Pokey's miniature dinosaur friend. Pokey is Gumby's Pony Pal."

Picture to the right por favor :).

Mom, wow! Put a pic of the ring up too, with your quilt pics. Why is it called a Roly Poly quilt?

Excellent to read matt, mom and trace this afternoon.

So, an earthquake in SD? How weird, just last night Casey goes, "we don't have to deal with tornados or anything....but we will have to deal with earthquakes."

So I'm like, "Come on, now we'll for sure have one tomorrow b/c you said that."

HA, and weird.

I'm looking forward to seeing Matt and Tracey's place in a few weeks. "Campground" was the name of a paint color? Coooooool.

Taking a scarf out on a date? Now that's some fun writing Trace. And thanks for the credit card hint. Usuable info.

I voted for Arnold, just b/c I think he's rich enough, maybe he won't take more of our money. You never know though.....

Mom and dad sound like they're having a blast! I enjoyed reading it all, and especially hearing about the hike from mom tonight on the tele.

Tomorrow we are ordering our truck with a $500 deposit and 6-8 week waiting time.

I remember, and mom reminded me, about how she waited 3 months for her Jeep when she ordered it.

Let's hope that doesn't happppppen......I would dream it to be here before Thanksgiving tripping.

Tomorrow we'll put that $500 down and then see School of Rock like the rest of the world is doing it seems :) Should be entertaining!

Right now, it's off to watch Triple X w/ Vin Diesel. Yeah we'll see about this :) I just can't handle another fast and furious type. There's a new one called "Torque", YEAH! Fast and the Furious on MOTORCYCLES!!! AWESOME!

Not. Sometimes the action in those are actually kind of fun, but it reminds me too much of the gangster society I have to deal with here! ANNOYING!

The sad thing: our whole society is evolving into this "survival" existence where they have to be on the defense and talk trash and be cruel to any and everyone everywhere.

No offense, but it is definitely hightened by the rap music scene. Definitely.

"Here's some kids...you wanna here some kids....(kee kee coo coo playground noises)"

Thursday, October 02, 2003

"The Lord sends us what we need, not what we want," said Isaac with a smile.

"I hate it when you quote me to myself," said Abraham.

Ha, still reading Orson's Rebekah.

Talked to Matt a while tonight. Qual, qual to that. Hope to take a road trip in a few weeks!

FRIDAY!

I would like to have those green Hulk hands for Christmas. But only if they're less than the 14-20 bucks I've seen them for.

Come on, they're just pieces of green foam and a double A battery. YET AWESOME.

Right now I am at lunch during a fine Wednesday of school. The kids are chatty today, but I'm ignoring that.

You know when you lay down at night and your mind is so full of any and everything from the day of work?

Well, I've decided how amazing it would be to be relaxed and in harmony with my Lord at that time. Then the back of your head says, "Yeah that would be so nice, too bad it's impossible".

NO TO THAT! It is possible and it's certainly not thru our own will. So I choose to STOP my thoughts, my worries, and planning (lesson planning is out of control in my head).

Just rest in silence and saying NO to that, no to me, no to you. Yes to Him.

On a side thought today, Mike's new logo is sweet. You should get your friend's "legal copy righted consent" to own that pic and start making money on it:

T-shirts, mugs, messenger bags, coffee mugs, etc. galore on cafepress.com (whatever that website is for a free logo gear shop of your own.).

That would be cool. I'd wear that shirt.
